Just as an FYI all content for NYC REMAC study help is updated with 2023 protocols. This includes the audio files which have also been redesigned so you can easily download just the MP3 files or watch and listen from your computer or device.

On that note : The members area is a large site and a continuing endeavor to bring more content that you can use to study and prepare for your next exam and also to help you build your EMS “know how”.
With that said, there are software updates and things that go on in the interwebs that may make something look weird or not display as it should. Examples would be:
- Videos not showing or playing
- Exams not showing
- Links not working
- Images not showing
While I try to watch for and test updates as much as I can. I do miss things. So please let me know if you ever see anything like this and I will fix any issues as soon as possible.
